Cookie
calc is a spreadsheet created with Microsoft Excel 2003. The
purpose of the spreadsheet is to help keep track of cookies for each
girl and the troop.
System Requirements
Microsoft Excel for windows or other compatible spreadsheet program. You must enable Macros for many of the spreadsheet's functions.
To operate with out macros see the FAQ. CookieCalc can be used in the free OpenOffice Calc program but macros do not work.
For those unable to use the macros to set up the program, if you email me the names, I'll set it up for you. Then see the FAQ for instructions on how to use the program without macros.

Cookie Calc is easy to use. To use the spreadsheet just enter the M3's (receipts) as you get them using the easy to use transaction form (CTRL-E) Everything will automatically update on the Summary tab to give you a quick snapshot of how your troop is doing.
The
Summary box gives you a quick snapshot of just where your Troop or
Service Unit stands. How many packages have been sold, what your
profit is, how much is due, per girl average and more!
The
Girl/Troop Info Box is displayed at the top of each individual
page. You can easily see all the details for each Girl/Troop.
This information can be customized on the Set Up tab and any
information you enter will be updated on the Roster Tab. The
Roster will print out all the Girl/Troop information in one easy to
read report.
You can easily create a cupboard order by taking each girl/troop order and entering it on the Order Tab - it will calculate what you need to order based on what each Girl/Troop needs and what is in your inventory. A summary box at the bottom allows you to easily copy and paste the order into an email for your Cookie Manager.
Transaction form allows you to easily enter your M3 receipts into Cookie Calc. You no longer need to worry about putting the correct data on the correct tab - CookieCalc 2.0 does it all for you. You can choose from a variety of transactions such as Order, Transfer, Return, Deposit and more.
